Spelling & Grammar/Proofing Errors in MS-Word: While we are entering the data in a word document, there are chances of occurring some grammatical and spelling errors. So, we have some ways to check and solve the proofing errors in a word. Now let’s discuss these:

Do one of the 3 of the following ways you like to check and solve the Spelling &Grammar/Proofing Errors in MS-Word.

1. The 1st way to check grammar and spelling/proofing errors of the content in the document

  • Ensure that your document has content or enter the content you want
  • After that hit the F7 key (F7 is a shortcut key), to open a dialogue box with one of the spelling or grammar error words from the beginning.
  • Then select one of the suggestable words in a dialogue box to correct it.

2. The 2nd way to check grammar and spelling/proofing errors of the content in the document

  • Ensure that your document has content or enter the content you want
  • Then Click on the “No Proofing Errors” icon, which appears on the Taskbar which is at the bottom of the word document.
  • Then select one of the suggestable words in a dialogue box to correct it.

3. The 3rd way to check grammar and spelling/proofing errors of the content in the document

  • Ensure that your document has content or enter the content you want
  • Go to the Review tab
  • Then click on the “Spelling & Grammar”
  • Afterwards, you can get a dialogue box with one of the spelling or grammar error words from the beginning.
  • Then select one of the suggestable words in a dialogue box to correct it.
