  • Click the “Insert” tab
  • Click “Shapes” in the “Illustrations” group
  • Select “Text box“, and then draw a text box in any size you want on your document.
  • Or from the text group, click “Text Box” to expand its formats, and then select one of the formats you want to draw.
  • Then draw a text box in any size you want on your document

  • Now make sure your text box selection
  • Go to the “Drawing Tools Shape Format“, then click the “Format Shape” launcher in the “Shape Styles” group
  • Or right-click on the text box when it is on the selection, and then select “Format Shape” to launch its pane towards the right
