To begin, you will need to insert the table with the desired number of rows and columns.
After inserting the table, immediately a “Table Design” and “Layout” tab will open

On the “Layout” tab, in the “Cell Size” group, click on “Distribute Rows” as shown in the picture.
After that, either make sure that each row is a different height (so that the items are evenly distributed) or choose a table that has varying heights.

Distribute Columns of a Table:

To begin, you will need to insert the table with the desired number of rows and columns.
After adding the table, immediately the “Table Design” and “Layout” tab opens

Then type the content in your table
After that make sure all the rows are in a different column (to distribute evenly), or select the table which is different columns
