Clear Formats: Used to remove each and every format like colour, size, and other from the selection in a worksheet.
Clear All: Used to remove all content and formats in an Excel Worksheet.
Clear Contents: Only removes contents in a Worksheet
Clear Comments: Removes comment in a Worksheet.
Clear Hyperlinks: Clears Hyperlinks from the selection in a Worksheet.
To clear all the Formats, Contents, Comments, and Hyperlinks from the selection. Follow the steps below to clear all.
- Select the content you want to remove all
- On the home tab, in the editing group, click on the Clear

- Select the content you want to Clear all the Contents except Formats and Comments
- On the home tab, in the editing group, click on the Clear
