6-Ways to Insert New Worksheet In MS-Excel: In excel spreadsheet, there are several options are there to insert the “New Worksheet”. These are whether Keyboard shortcut or other options from the ribbon. in this article, 6 different ways are provided below to insert new worksheet in excel.

Method-1:

Click the New Sheet Tab Button:

  1. Click on the “New Sheet” button, which appears at the right of the existing worksheet tabs as given in the picture below.

Method-2:

Shortcut Key to Insert New Worksheet-1:

  1. To insert a New Worksheet in excel by using the shortcut keys, Press Shift+F11 or Alt+Shift+F1.

Method-3:

Shortcut Key to Insert New Worksheet-2:

  1. To insert more worksheets at a time, keep hold down the Shift+F11 or Alt+Shift+F1 keys.

Method-4:

  1. Right click on a sheet tab where you want to insert the new worksheet
  2. Then click on “Insert” as in the picture below.

3.  After that,  select the “Worksheet” under “General”, and then click ok.

  1. Go to the Home tab

2.  Then click on the drop-down arrow of the Insert in the Cells group

3.  Afterwards, click the “Insert sheet”.

Method-6:
